"My car was involved in an accident and was totalled. Four cars were involved and it was very tricky for me to navigate all the red tape involved. My two perfect helpers were Maria and Wes. In trying to get the rental car, there were questions I didn't have the answer to. I got Wes on the phone and just handed that phone to the rental agent, and in a matter of minutes, the agent just handed the phone back, started typing with no more questions, and all was taken care of. As for Maria, she kept me posted constantly on what was going on with the process of taking care of my car and I'm sure was going crazy with all of my many questions that she handled graciously, swiftly and efficiently. I am always treated like I'm the most important person they know by everyone in the office, even Tim Bruss stopping whatever he's doing to greet me and answer any questions I have about any of my policies.
